Manhole Sealing

Thoroc® Plug A rapid-setting cement-based water-stop mortar. Thoroc® Plug sets in 45 - 60 seconds, producing the rapid strength needed to stop hydrostatic water flow. It can be used to stop water or seepage through cracks in concrete sewer pipes, manholes, tanks, elevator pits and other concrete structures. It also provides watertight seals at joints in sewer lines, tanks, and manholes.

ThoRoc(TM) Patch Rapid-setting joint filler and waterproofing cement. Use ThoRoc™ Patch to prevent seepage through cracks in concrete and to patch concrete pipes, tanks, and precast structures. ThoRoc™ Patch requires no additives (water only) and sets in 3 to 20 minutes. It resists freeze-thaw cycling and wash out when fully cured. ThoRoc™ Patch contains no metals, calcium chloride, plasters, or gypsum.

SP15 Spray Mortar A single-component fiber-reinforced wet spray mortar for manhole rehabilitation. It is ideal for large vertical and overhead structural concrete repairs where a wet-process spray application method is required, particularly in sanitary sewer structures. It is microsilica-enhanced for improved chemical resistance.

Sewer Guard® SD Manhole Insert Watertight shallow-dish polyethylene manhole insert. Use Sewer Guard® SD Manhole Insert to prevent inflow from rainwater and runoff. Sewer Guard® Manhole Insert collects debris that can filter into the manhole; easy removal of Sewer Guard® permits normal access for maintenance or inspection. Made of specially formulated high-density polyethylene, the shallow-dish insert will not corrode and cannot be damaged by sewer gasses or road oils.
